Pick a time where you have 15 minutes.....
Mine is at 3:00 pm......
1.Do 10 body sways......
2.Do 10 back stroke arm stretches......
-Do 10 foward stroke arm stretches......
3.Do 10 leg sways......
-Now other way......
4.Do 10 over the head arm stretches......
5.Do 10 round about head rolls......
-Now other way......
6.Get down and do 10 foward to back back rolls......
7.Do 10 side to side back rolls......
8.Do 10 sit ups......
-Take 10 seconds break......
9.Turn over and do 10 push ups......
10.Get up and do 10 jumping jacks......
11.Now do 10 jump frogs, I call lunges......
12.Now do 10 Knee crunches......
13.Now 10 seconds touching your toes......
14.Now 10 seconds in splits formation as far down as you can......
15.Now 10 arm curls with each arm, with weight if have......
-Now sit smiling bouda for 5 minutes of Zen......
